Oceans have been there on Earth since the very beginning. Mother Nature and the Ocean King have always worked together, hand in hand to support life on Earth in every way they can. The mighty oceans cover about 2/3rds or 70% of the Earth's surface. With so much of the Earth's surface taken up by the ocean, it is evident how vital these marine environments are to the planet and how much there still is to be explored. The continental shelves and ocean floors are home to many important minerals, including oil and natural gas, these play in a massive role in meeting our energy needs and are vital to hold up and stabilise our economy.  I have written about how everyone sees the world differently but we all know that in our hearts that the world is deteriorating, faster today then ever. As pollution covers the sun, Carbon dioxide punctures the atmosphere, glaciers melt - the sea level rises and plastic covers our precious land, we humans being the main cause of this are simply watching all this happen until it reaches a point where it can't be prevented. But what if we can prevent it, prevent us from sinking deep under the darkness, what if we could reduce the amount of Carbon being produced, protect our atmosphere, reduce the amount of waste we generate every day, what if we could fight global warming and diminish climate change! Well, WE CAN!  But we have to start NOW, right at this moment as you are reading this, go switch off your light bulb, go throw your waste in the trash cans (They are there for a reason), go, try to use public transport, try to cycle to work or school, try to save the world! When one tells you to segregate waste, it is for a reason. When one tells you to reuse plastic, it is to save our generation. When one tells you to switch off the AC, it is to save this season.                              We all see the world in different perspectives. For some of us it is perfect, it’s heaven on Earth. For some of us it lacks beauty and perfection but still let’s us live. Unfortunately for others, they suffer a dearth of water, food, clear air, homes and many other things that are essential in our lives. The world I see is perfect. I’m blessed to have such loving and wonderful parents. My sister and I thrive in happiness as we play together.
