Get to know me!

Hello Blogfam, I am Annanya Desai
I am currently 11 years old and study in grade 7
I was born and live in Mumbai, Maharashtra with my family and all my wonderful friends. 
Mumbai's a city of dreams but that doesn't stop any individual from dreaming big.
I am one of those big dreamers. I come with crazy ideas all the time. This one though not so crazy. 
I have always wanted to write a blog and now I am finally writing one! Thank you soo much blogger.com . I am jumping with excitement, literally jumping to start this new journey.

Going forward , I would love to share my passion of cooking with all of you'll, and engage over redecorating and recycling tips, Diy's, political & social issues and basically anything interesting In this world

"Unity... it starts with YOU, ends with WE and brings SUCCESS."  ~Annanya Desai    If we all remain united, we will not be defeated. Even when everyone on planet Earth is going through difficult times, it makes the situation look much better when we realize that we are all going through it.... together, to realize that everyone understands and is there for you. We all know the story of a farmer and his quarrelling sons. The sons could each easily break a single stick, but when several were made into a bunch neither of them could break it. The sons then recognised the value of unity and gave up their quarells. We understand from this that peace and success come from from overcoming our differences. If together we are unable to do so we will all 'fall', only to learn our lesson and get back up together. Dance and how it moulds me.

 I have been dancing since I was only 3 years old, me now being 11 have been dancing all my life.  Ever since I started going to my dance class, I feel like I find myself and connect with me through dance. It is my safe place, whenever I am sad, frustrated, mad or even happy I go dance. Dancing helps me feel better, it helps me be better. Whenever I dance I feel like i know who i am, i feel like I am not lost anymore, I feel like I am at home. Dancing makes me smile during the darkest days and let's me enjoy the days when the sun is up and bright. I do ballet, but am very fond of other dance styles, like hip hop, contemporary and many more.   Recently I went to a national dance competition, where me and my fellow dancers won the first and second place. I know I will get more opportunities and I am forever ready to take them on.
