Our Health - The most valuable thing
No matter, who we are, where we are, how we look, how we speak, we all may be extremely different but we all share the same structure of our body, the blood that rushes through are veins, a brain and a heart no matter how big or small. These are the things that bind us together, make us live as one and we should strive to protect them.
We should strive to be Healthy.
But remember being healthy doesn't mean we need to have a "perfect" body. It means having a heart that isn't at risk, having a body strong enough to fight any diseases, having great mental health. It means you feel well.
"Don't be perfect, just be healthy"
- Eat a balanced diet when you're hungry and stop when you're full, but eat enough.
- Be active and have a good night's sleep.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Remember mental health is just as important as physical health.
- Don't compare yourself with other people's defination of health. Each individual is different and healthy looks different for everyone.

Well said. The meaning and importance of good health in life has been vividly captured by you. Whenever we wish anyone on his birthday, we say God bless you with good health and happiness and manyatimes avoid mentioning wealth. The reason is good health itself is wealth to be cultivated, nurtured and treasured. You hear parents praying God to give them healthy baby, girl or boy does not matter. Additionally, it is common knowledge that healthy body results in a healthy mind.
