Self improvement and how to achieve it
Self-improvement is the key to creating the better life that people desire.
Everyone wants to achieve prosperity, have more love in their life, and achieve greater success and happiness and we all know this is not easy.
We humans are naturally born competitive, winning, causes us to have an adrenaline rush and also gives us a reason to be proud of ourselves.
Self-improvement is the process of improving oneself through one's own effort. It is the process of making you a better and more knowledgeable person.
Self-improvement means competing with yourself. We should all strive to do a particular thing better than we did it next time.
One of the biggest importance of self-improvement is the positive impact it has on mental health. When you work on yourself, you get to know yourself better which lets you deal with your thoughts and emotions more effectively. I would say; Don't learn from success stories learn from failure stories. Learn about how they fell and don't repeat the same mistakes. Chase your vision, dream and success will start following you.
The hard work of fighting for what's right includes the hard work of mastering yourself and taking good care of yourself. It's not selfish to spend time improving yourself. In order to be there for each other, we have to first be there for ourselves.

No pains No gains. Practise makes a man/woman perfect. I agree self improvement is an ideal concept. Competition against yourself. It's according to me very difficult to achieve as basically a person by nature is lazy and complacent. He/She also craves for adulation and most of the time he/she performs keeping in mind whether people will applaud him/her for what he/she does. Am reminded here of a story. Am given to understand it's a true story. There was a renowned painter. His son also wanted to become a famous painter. But no matter how much he tried to do better and better his father would never be satisfied. Nevertheless he used to work harder and harder to please his father who continued to keep on finding faults in his paintings and was never satisfied. Once his father found a painting lying in his sprawling Estate. He brought the same home and showed it to his son and said "This is what I call painting" Unknown to him his son only was the author of the painting. After that day the son was in seven heaven, was complacent and ceased working harder leading to his downfall.
