"Sorry", We say that alot, and even though we might not admit this, most of the times we dont meen what we say. We use the word 'Sorry' to end conversations, to be the last say, We use it to to show sympathy, even though we are merry as can be!  But is it right, is it right to use such a powerful word in this manner? No, it's not. When we say 'Sorry' it should come from our heart, it should come from within us. When we say 'Sorry' we should mean it, and you should learn from it.. "Apologies don't mean anything if you keep doing what you are sorry for" A Sorry Apology Can Add Insult to Injury. If you can't make it better, don't make it worse. Apologies don't mean anything unless you truly plan on changing your behavior, which might mean getting help for the problem.  Remember this and practice this and next time before you say the word 'Sorry' think to yourself, 'Am I truly sorry?"

Anyone can start strong, but only a few can finish stronger. Be part of the few!! But to do so, you need to start somewhere. You will never be able to finish unless you start. Think about all the goals you want to accomplish, no matter how big or small. To do so you will need to start, start running towards your goals and don't stop until you fulfill your mission. When you do, continue giving it your best. You may have have achieved what you wished to, but life goes on......Why stop when you can achieve so much more. The art of criticizing someone, which is indicating their faults in a disapproving way. What do I mean by a disapproving way? I mean pointing out their honest mistakes in an unfavourable fashion, tone or choice of words. Criticism surely makes people anxious and uneasy about themselves. But what some people don't realize is that the only taste of success critics get is when they take a bite out of you. Don't Mind Criticism! If it is untrue, disregard it;   If it is unfair, keep from irritation;   if it is justified, it is not criticism, learn from it. We receive a lot of criticism which is, in simple terms, false. Ignorance comes handy then. Do not give people attention that they don't deserve. A lor of time, you receive unfair criticism which is patently wrong and you feel your blood rise and heart pound. in this case, keep calm! Revenge, "When you begin a journey of Revenge start by digging two graves, one for your enemy and one for yourself" Getting revenge taints your own heart and corrupts your very human nature. Though revenge can be good, when it is massive success, it can be good when it is total ignorance, it can be good when there is no forgetting but all the forgiving. Revenge blinds the man who seeks it, blinds the ever so unscrupulous man, the man that takes the path to his own defeat, the man who does so voluntarily. So why not rise instead, why not instead rise to success? Revenge is a game with the the outcome of no winner. You will not only hurt your target but yourself as well.

Enjoy the little things in life for one day you'll look back and realize they were big things. Do you remember smiling at the memory of something small, maybe just a moment with your family? Those little periods of time is where the beauty of life lies. Notice the little things around. Notice the small things that give you happiness, even if it is a minute short. If something makes your soul smile, it will always make your soul smile, even through the toughest moments. Life is made up of many happy memories. And if you can collect these memories, you will always fell satisfyed. When everything seems confusing or incomplete, the happy memories will remind you that hapiness still exists, and bit by bit everything will complete itself.                      What's done cannot be undone Have you ever seen a plucked flower blossoming again? Have you ever seen a spilt glass of milk being drunk again? Have you ever seen a broken watch ticking again?  The answer to all these questions is certainly "NO" because it is the law of Nature that "what is done cannot be undone" You can't change the past or see the future. That is why it is very important to take action in the now. Don't cry over spilt milk, sometimes moving on is the best way to acknowledge the past and the best way to forget it.
